Dispute over the ownership of a property, 1914
Mirza Ibrahim, the son of Mulla Ahmad, and Karbalayi Najaf have a dispute over the ownership of a property known as ‘Abd al-Rahman. Mirza Ibrahim claims that he has inherited the property from Zaynab Khanum and Najaf claims that he has purchased the property. Mirza Ibrahim agrees to settle the issue if Karbalayi Najaf is able to prove his transaction.

Settlement between the daughter of Haji Aqa ‘Ali (wife of the late Haji Mirza Sayyid Ahmad Khan) [Bibi Sakinah?] and Navvabah ‘Illiyah [Zinat al-Hajiyah?], daughter of Haji Mirza Sayyid Ahmad Khan (wife of Aqa Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali). This settlement to divide a garden was reached due to a dispute between the two as they both claimed ownership of the property.

She writes that Karim Tabbakh has attacked her house and had it evacuated claiming that the woman's son had sold one third of the house to him. Settlement of Haji Iskandar from Miyanah about transferring four stores, as well as a house and part of a garden shared with his brother, Aqa Bala, to his older son, Aqa Muhammad Baqir, in exchange for one man (unit of weight) of sugar lumps; on verso, dated June 23, 1925, Aqa Mahdi and his sister, Qamar Khanum, have complained to Ayat Allah Mirza Sadiq about this settlement but he has verified the transaction
